A National Federation Running On Scattered PDFs And Email Threads
Rugby India's information lived everywhere except its website. Fixtures were announced across social posts with no calendar, tournament reports were buried in unsearchable PDFs, and Ministry compliance documents were incomplete or missing online. Fans, players and officials had no single place to find what they needed — the federation had no system of record.
