Hi, and thanks for visiting cgalive.com. These terms explain how you can use our website and free tools. They're written in plain English, and we've kept them short. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Using our website
You're welcome to browse, read, share links to our pages and use our free tools for your own business. We just ask that you don't:
- copy, resell or republish our content, tools or designs as your own
- try to break, overload or hack the site, or scrape it in bulk
- submit false details, spam or anything unlawful through our forms
2. Our free tools give estimates, not promises
Our audits, scores and calculators are here to help you spot opportunities quickly. They're based only on the answers and numbers you enter, plus some general assumptions, so:
- treat every score, estimate and plan as guidance, not a guarantee of results
- check important decisions (budgets, hiring, legal or financial choices) with the right professional
- remember that the tools don't scan your website or accounts unless they say so
We work hard to keep them accurate and useful, but we can't be responsible for decisions made using them alone. If you'd like a proper look at your situation, book a free 15-minute call and we'll go through it with you.
3. Our work and content
Everything on this site, including text, case studies, designs, tool code, graphics and our logo, belongs to CGAlive or to the clients who've kindly let us show their work. Client names, logos and project images remain the property of those clients. Please don't use any of it without asking first; we're usually happy to help if you get in touch.
4. What you share with us
When you fill in a form, use a tool or book a call, you're telling us you've given accurate details and are happy for us to contact you about your request. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Working with us
These terms cover the website only. If you hire us for a project, the proposal or agreement we both sign sets out the scope, timelines, fees and ownership of the work, and it takes priority over anything on this site. Prices or timelines mentioned on the website are indicative until confirmed in writing.
6. Links to other websites
Sometimes we link to other sites, like Google PageSpeed Insights or our clients' websites. We don't control those sites, so we're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
7. Keeping things running
We try to keep the site and tools available and error-free, but we can't promise they'll always be uninterrupted. We may update, pause or retire pages and tools at any time.
8. Limits of our responsibility
We provide this website "as is". To the extent the law allows, CGAlive isn't liable for any indirect loss or damage that comes from using the site or its tools. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't be limited under Indian law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you're okay with the latest version.
10. The legal bit
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled by the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
